It all started in 1996, when we came to the US with a mission: gather and connect a neighborhood by telling the story of Ireland’s evolving pub culture. We called our concept Fadó (pronounced f’doe). It’s a Gaelic word for “long ago” that was commonly used at the start of a great story.
